The Wall Street Journal's Daily Shot wrote today that "Unregulated “rehab” businesses have been paying Google some hefty fees (per click)."
Indeed, they seem to be getting almost $200 per click!
But what I find interesting is that Google also made sure at least one website would not be in the competition for this advertisement: http://noopioids.com .
This is what Google did to noopioids.com back in April - while the "average position" did not change, the number of impressions went to 0:
I could be wrong - but probably not.
